GENERAL TERMS and INTERNAL RULES

ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE

CHECK-IN from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM

Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to show their identification documents. Upon request, subject to availability, early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We have a luggage storage area.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

The establishment reserves the right to charge 30% of the total amount at the time of booking confirmation.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.

• For cancellations within 5 days of check-in, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

• Customers who depart early are required to pay for the remaining days of the reservation in accordance with Italian law, articles 1385-1386 of the “Codice Civile.”


PERSONAL DATA:

 In accordance with Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, all personal data of our customers is processed, both by computer systems and manually, to fulfill tax obligations (issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and provide the requested service. Upon arrival, customers are asked to provide identification documents for communication to the relevant authorities (e.g., police).

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations can be made as follows:

• Directly through our website.

• By sending a written request to our email address info@BarberaeTulipani.it.

• By calling +39 351 750 1275.

• Or via WhatsApp at +39 351 750 1275.

Reservation requests should include the following: the number of rooms needed, the first name, last name, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, contact phone, and email for communication. Please also provide the estimated arrival time. Confirmation of the reservation will be provided only after receiving the reservation request with a credit card or valid credit card information.

Rates are daily (per night), regardless of the check-in time.


PAYMENT:

• The balance of the stay must be settled upon arrival. Direct bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, even in the case of payment by bank transfer. A bank transfer is only possible up to 3 working days before the arrival date.

REPLACEMENT KEY COSTS: Breakage or loss of keys will be charged at a minimum of €15.00 per duplicate key.

DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for and must compensate for any damage they or individuals under their responsibility have caused.


CONDUCT, DAMAGES: Any damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc., falls under the legal responsibility of the guest according to the applicable regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Upon departure, the B&B staff will inspect the rooms, and the costs for replacing any damage or lost keys will be charged and must be paid at check-out.


MINOR ADMISSION: Minimum check-in age: 16 years.


PUBLIC SAFETY REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, customers must submit their documents at the reception and complete the form for public safety. Failure to comply with this obligation is considered a violation of the Italian Criminal Code, and we are obligated to report this omission to the competent authorities.


GUEST NOTICE: All guests of customers staying, even temporarily, must be registered in advance and must identify themselves at the reception. Their presence on the premises must be approved by the management.


DATA REVIEW: Our guests’ data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations.


NUMBER OF GUESTS ACCOMMODATED: Under no circumstances is accommodation for more persons than specified in the reservation allowed, unless previously agreed. We reserve the right to deny access to accommodation if this condition is not met.


KEY HANDOVER: Keys are provided at the reception from the specified check-in time (from 3:00 PM). Keys are provided upon arrival after completing the public safety registration, providing the internal rules, and settling the bill.


ROOMS:

Please treat your accommodation with the utmost care. The room is cleaned daily. To reduce the environmental impact of linen washing, please place only the towels you wish to have changed on the floor. Use heating and air conditioning moderately. Do not dispose of anything in the toilet except toilet paper. Smoking is prohibited. Please behave respectfully toward other guests.


PEACE AND QUIET: Between 12:00 AM and 7:30 AM, any noise that may disturb the peace of the guests, including loud voices, is prohibited. Exceptions are shows and events approved by the management or activities conducted by the accommodation’s entertainment team.


ENVIRONMENT: During your stay, you can help preserve the natural environment by using water and electricity rationally: avoid running taps or leaving lights and air conditioners on when not needed or when leaving your room. Do not dispose of waste in common areas; use the designated B&B containers. WATER: Water is a precious resource for every community. Its use for inappropriate purposes is strictly prohibited. It is allowed only for primary purposes (personal hygiene, irrigation, etc.). Guests of the accommodation should avoid all forms of waste.


SMOKING, FIRE, AND OPEN FLAMES:

• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED within the premises.

• Lighting candles or open fires in the rooms, hallways, and other spaces is not allowed unless expressly agreed upon.


RESPONSIBILITY: The management of Barbera e Tulipani is not responsible for the loss of items and/or valuables of guests (each guest is responsible for safeguarding their belongings), damage due to force majeure and the course of events (weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches, or products falling under the nature of plants, wind damage, and theft or damage to cars in the parking lot and within the accommodation). Under no circumstances will discounts be given at checkout to cover alleged or actual deficiencies that may occur as a result of the events described above.
